can't create sql database

I am trying to create an sql database through plesk and when I do I get the following error:

Unable to create database: Unable to create database-dependent object: Unable to connect to database: Master database is not exist: COM Error 800004005(Unspecified error) at excute console command --exist database

When I go to the Event Viewer on my server I find this error message:

Anyone have any idea what the problem is?
