• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Can't delete a domain

Hi, a client's Plesk has some errors. I can't get it to delete a domain. Here's the error I get after I click delete:

ERROR: PleskFatalException

Unable to remove hosting: Unable to delete web user: Unable to delete system user alexpeace: SysUser->systemRemove() failed: usermng failed: usermng: Unable to set quota for user 'alexpeace'

And this web user "alexpeace" also can't be deleted. When I click delete on that user, Plesk says the user has been deleted successfully, but the user remains.

Can anyone help with this, please?

i get a look-a-like error when i try to create or change a ftp-user in plesk 8.3

Unable to update hosting preferences: system user update is failed: Unable to create system user: usermng: Unable to set quota for user
