Can't load SSL cert file in repository

I generated a CSR and Private key in Plesk, which I used in the ordering procedure (the CSR of course). Upon receiving the definite SSL certificate from Thawte, I discovered to my horror that I can't upload it for the generated combo CSR-Private Key: all the fields and buttons for this certificate are DISABLED in the control panel...! Also, no information is displayed in the Preferences pane of the window (where normally the interpreted CSR info is displayed).

The CSR itself checks out correctly at the Thawte tool provided (on http://www.thawte.com/support/keygen/index.html in the right margin, titled "Test your CSR").

Anybody seen this before? How can I proceed from here?

I have the same problem. This was the response I got from Sw-soft's support

"It's known issue for Plesk 7.0.3 version, our development team is working on it, but you can upgrade your Plesk up to 7.5.1 version where this problem has been resolved."

Everytime I generate a cert it's blank. So it looks like i"ll have to upgrade...

I got a reply from a friendly support person at Plesk. The trick is NOT to go to the page of the certificate itself (where you see the various parts (CSR, PK, etc) of the certificate, but at the next higher level, use the button "Browse" to search for the certificate that you got from the certificate authority (and which you saved to a local file!) and then click on the send button.

Not very intuitive, but it works like a charm.
