Can't migrate Ensim to Plesk - user/pass error?!

Hi

I'm having a problem getting the user/pass to be accepted when migrating from Ensim to Plesk. Very annoying!

It will happily list the domains on the server and try to retrieve the data but as soon as it gets to the stage of collecting the information it fails.

Unable to create a description for the migrated objects:
Error during dump retrieval
Fatal migration error

Anyone got any thoughts?
