Can't open Plesk web access

I got an error msg during reboot process in CentOS 5.2. Here is the error message it said..

Key file: /opt/drweb/drweb32.key - Key file not found!
A path to a valid license key file does not specified.
Plesk authorization failed: malformed response (no 'response=' field).
Error: Plesk Software not running.

Can someone please help me.
