Resolved Can't ping Ubuntu server from outside network

Pagemakers

Silver Pleskian
Just taken another server with 1&1 IONOS UK.

The Linux server is running Ubuntu.

Whenever I ping the server IP or any domain from outside the network I get this:

PING xx.co.uk (77.xx.122.xx)
Request timeout for icmp_seq 0
Request timeout for icmp_seq 1
Request timeout for icmp_seq 2
Request timeout for icmp_seq 3
--- xx.co.uk ping statistics ---
5 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, lost 100.0 %

Why am I getting all the timeout errors? The domains and server itself work fine.
