can't publish at all

Can't create directory 'public_html/include/SB/Modules/Transport' into FTP target (Entering Passive Mode (74,155,225)) (publication DSN is 'FTP:xxxx@[***]:server.domainhere.com::/public_html', current site title is 'xxx' , site owner is 'xxx') It is possible that there are no enough permissions for writing or there is not enough free space on the server.

The domain has over 100mb of space and it always seems to happen with a module. The rest of the site appears to publish perfectly fine.
 
This only appears to happen with the imagegallary module.

We tried upgrading to 3.0.2 but nothing changed..
