Can't sent my by horde

I got error:

Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to 127.0.0.1:25 in /usr/share/psa-horde/pear/Net/Socket.php on line 108

unable to connect to smtp server localhost:25
 
I was updated OS to Fedora Core 3 and plesk to last version
Now I got another problem.
After enter login and password horde is breaking connection on horde/imp/redirect.php
