Can't start Plesk Control Panel

I use registrated Plesk 7.5.4 and I have a problem with starting of Plesk Control Panel. I check Events and find error with description:

The PleskControlPanel service terminated with service-specific error 1 (0x1).

1. Use Plesk repair (Start -> Control Panel ->add remove /program->Plesk 7.5.4 for Windows->Repair)
2. Use Plesk Reconfigurator (Check one box at once )
3. Apply to SWSoft
