• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I am receiving the following error when I tried to upgrade to 8.1. There was one other post that had a similar problem, as usual, but no one replied to it. The poster found that the MS SQL server sa password was change. This is the same in my case. I can not change it in Plesk due to the fact that my licenses will not allow me too. I don't user MS SQL server. I use MySQL. Does anyone know how I can give Plesk my sa password?

First Error:

1: Can not connect to the server. Please check your connection settings and verify that SQL server is in the correct state.

Second Error:

There is a problem with this installer package. A script required for this installation to complete could not run. Contact your support personal or package vendor.
