Issue centos2alma interrupted

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
CentOS Linux 7.9.2009 (Core)
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian v18.0.53_build1800230619.12
I'm attempting to convert a CentOS 7 server with Plesk to AlmaLinux 8 with the script GitHub - plesk/centos2alma: CentOS 7 to AlmaLinux 8 conversion tool. The server runs Plesk Obsidian v18.0.53_build1800230619.12, CentOS Linux 7.9.2009 (Core), and it's okay with the indicated requirements. I think any blocker are not present as well.

When the script centos2alma is started, it's interrupted immediately with the message "Done", but nothing has happened. Looking at /var/log/plesk/centos2alma.log, the message registered is "not enough values to unpack (expected 2, got 1)".

Any ideas on how to make centos2alma run successfully?

Hi @Polsys, we probably have not yet seen this issue. To me it sounds as if files of the conversion tools are missing, but I am not sure about this. I suggest to open a support ticket and let Plesk support staff find out more about it.

If you bought your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative:

Thank you, Peter; I just opened a ticket with my reseller. I will post the result here if the result is successful (I hope so).
