Hello Plesk Team and Community,
we are currently facing an issue where one of our customers receives a daily notification email stating that their Let's Encrypt certificate cannot be renewed.
The domain in question is no longer pointing to our server. However, it is still configured in Plesk because it is the primary domain of the subscription and therefore cannot be removed at this stage.
In addition, we have noticed the following warning in the Apache logs:
AH01909:domain.org:443:0 server certificate does NOT include an ID which matches the server name
We are wondering whether this warning could be related to the failed certificate renewal notifications and would appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this situation.
Before posting, we already searched the forum and reviewed the available documentation, but we have not yet found a solution that matches our scenario.
Thank you in advance for your help.
