Change administrator on Plesk default page

Hello people,

During the installation I have given my own e-mail address as the address for the administrator.

Now, when I get to the Plesk default page ("if you see this page it means..."), users can click on "administrator" to contact him, which means an e-mail will be send to my address.

This is not really what I want. How can I change that e-mail address.
