Resolved change mailbox size

Hi, one of my client need to enlarge mailbox size. I have created a new plan with 2 GB of mailbox size. Then i've changed the plan from subscriptions. But the mail size is the same of the first plan (500 MB). How can i solve this issue ? thanks in advance

Hi ,
Did you sync the plan with a subscription ?

Yes, make sure that plan is synced.
And if you need to add only one or two resources it would be better to create add-on plan instead of new plan. After that you can just apply this add-on instead of moving subscription to another plan.
