Resolved Change prefered domain - please wait not applying

Hi,

we made a change for a domain at

domain.com --> Website & Domains --> Hosting Settings --> Preferred domain

from none to www.domain.com, this worked correctly.

we then attempted to change from www.domain.com to domain.com and it got stuck on 'please wait' for a considerable amount of time (over 10 minutes).

Since this action, the domain has stayed offline, we cannot get the preferred domain to change, i.e. it just stays stuck on 'please wait'.

Have attempted to move the subscription, and this also does not work, i.e. after waiting for over 10 minutes the subscription is not deleted.

We have rebooted the server and still this domain stays offline and cannot be deleted etc.

How can we resolve this?

I managed to delete the subscription using the CLI, with commands
cd %plesk_cli%
subscription.exe --remove domain.com

It took over an hour to complete!

No idea why this happened..............
