Question Change Server Health Monitor E-Mail Adress

Sofie76

New Pleskian
Hi,

I have to change the E-Mail Adress for the search health monitor notifications. I changed already the admin e-mail adress under

https://myip:8443/plesk/admin-info/?context=personal-info

but I am still getting emails to my old email Adress. Where I can change the email adress for the server health monitor or do I have to restart the search healt monitor? If so, which command?

Thank you

Try to find and change email address in Health Monitor config files

/usr/local/psa/admin/conf/health-config.xml

or

/usr/local/psa/var/custom-health-config.xml

Hi Igor,

thank you very much for your quick reply.

I checked already both files. Now I did it again with ssh and winscp. In both files are NO email adresses. so i think, when there is no email, the server health monitor will take the default email under

https://myip:8443/plesk/admin-info/?context=personal-info

correct? Do I have to restart the server health monitor?

I changed yesterday the email during the server healt monitor jumps from red to yellow. 10 Minutes later it jumps from yellow to green and this emails goes to my old email adress. Maybe plesk need a couple of minutes to take the new email? How can I test the server health monitor email again?

thank you
