Change User Role

Is there something blatantly obvious I missed in the control panel for either plesk or sitebuilder? I can't figure out when I create an account through plesk how to make them a 'Site Owner' and NOT a 'Reseller'. I don't see in the 'plans' section of sitebuilder an option to specify the role of a user, nor do I see a place in plesk a way to specify what kind of sitebuilder acount is created with the plesk account, just a place to create a sitebuilder account when I create a specific kind of client template.

Is the only way to have a 'Site Owner' type of account to create some custom script to change the role of a user on creation manually? (this seems rather silly), or have I missed something?
