Change VHost location Crashed

Hi Guys

I have a new server installed with Plesk 12. I changed the VHOSTS location with the command
root@vhost-za-01:/mnt/vdb1# /usr/local/psa/bin/transvhosts.pl --dest-dir /mnt/vdb1/plesk

The script ran and produced the following error :-

Can`t reconfigure web server


Now I can't get into the Plesk control panel software, and the new sites are coming up with 502 Bad Gateway.

Any help appreciated.
