TwitterWe're seeing issues where our resellers can no longer create new subscriptions, due to incompatible settings in the reseller's serviceplan and the limits configured on the reseller. We are getting complaints from multiple resellers on multiple servers, while we didn't make any changes to the serviceplans.
We are also unable to resolve this issue using the webgui. When I click on Unlock & Sync I get a message that eg. Backup using server repo is enabled in the subscription, disabled in the plan and will be set to disabled. Clicking OK does nothing and gives an error that the subscription could not be synced.
When I try the same using the CLI /opt/psa/bin/subscription, there are no problems and the subscriptions are synced.
Does anybody have any ideas?
