changing order of buttons...

On my domain administrator's pages I simply want my custom button section to appear at the top of the screen and the "Domain", "Services", and "hosting" button sections to appear below them. Note, I am NOT talking about the navigation section on the left, but in the main section (on the right).

This sounds picky, but for what I'm doing it is actually pretty key.

Also, I would like to change the label "custom buttons" to something more aestetic, like "Website Solutions".

Any help in figuring out how to do this is appreciated.

Did you ever find out how to rename "Custom Buttons"? Ive run into the same problem..
