Is there a technical or Microsoft licensing reason? Or is just about creaming more money off you? I suspect the latter. And yet another short-sited business decision from SWsoft.

Could you please explain better to me "Why is it not possible" To "switch My Windows Key to a Linux key".
I dont think your answer explain why not!! Our why at all.
As i have read in you forum it sounds like its not a problem to switch from Linux to Windows key
So Is there a technical or Microsoft licensing reason???????
A clear explanation why not would be nice.
Also so we now if we gonna stick to plesk or not on our next server setup.
Plesk Linux and Plesk Windows are to different licenses, with two different license keys. If we would "switch", you would have two licenses and paid for only one.
"NOTE: Plesk 8.2 for Linux/Unix license purchases are only for use on Plesk (8.0 - 8.2) for Linux/Unix servers and are not able to be used or transferred to Plesk for Windows servers."
