  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Client suspended when trying to login

Frater

Regular Pleskian
We moved several domains from a Plesk 9.5 server to a 10.4 server.
These domains used to be able to login themselves on the Plesk.

These domains all became subscriptions and can be managed using either the admin or 1 reseller.

Many of the these domains should now be managed by a new client.
I created this client with login/pass and changed the subscription to that client.
Now if I want to login to that client I get the message that this account is suspended.
In the interface all domains and the subscriptions are "active"
I even tried to suspend the client and then again active, but this doesn't change a thing.

I did several tests and now found out that I can move subscriptions to that client as long as they are not subscriptions that have been migrated.....

What is happening here and how can it be solved?
