We have a client who is unable to login to Plesk 8.4 Control Panel on our server with their username and password.
They get a "invalid username or password. Please try again" message.
They tried the "forgotten your password" option and had their details emailed to them.
Those failed to work as well.
We have then manually gone into Plesk via our Admin login, which works fine, reset their password and checked all permissions, which seem to be fine for both Client & Domain settings, but they are still unable to login.
We have tried this ourselves with no luck either.
Any ideas or tips on how we can overcome this issue?
