CloudFlare For Plesk App Error

Basic Pleskian
Hello Everyone.
Plesk 10.4.4 Update #43 on Centos 5.7 64bit.

We have installed the cloudflare application so our users can use it via application vault.
some it seems to be a problem of how plesk renders this application.
Check attached screenshot.
Next/Send/Cancel buttons are not appearing and there are not clickable.
Can you please assist?

Could you please provide additional details - which browser you use, cloudflare version, platform (on which the browser is used)?

Tested on Chrome / IE / Firefox
App Version 3.0.24
Platform meaning?
Plesk 10.4 on Centos 5.7
PHP Version 5.3.8
