Thank you for the update. I can see the following error logged:

Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

It usually indicates that invalid credentials are specified in the /etc/container/mysql-governor.xml file. What I can suggest is applying the solution from Cloudlinux's guide:

If the issue continues, I would recommend getting in touch with our support team or opening a separate thread dedicated to the issue.
