• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

ColdFusion Integration with Plesk

I was able to install ColdFusion on a RHES 4.0 server without a problem. But I can't seem to be able to integrate it with Plesk. There is no documentation that helps on the backend of the integration or how you should install coldfusion to allow it to integrate properly with plesk.

Everytime I hit a page with a coldfusion file it returns saying that it could not find the file.

Has anybody been able to integrate ColdFusion with Plesk on a RedHat system?

Yeah this kinda sucks. The documentation, what little there is, is no help. Coldfusion installs on RHES with a few non fatal errors. When you try to configure Coldfusion settings in Plesk the problems start. I tries everything from unzipping the .war file in /opt/coldfusionmx7 to chaning permissions to ...god know what else. I don't know if its a Coldfusion problem or a Plesk issue. But I kept getting the old CF failed to initialize error. You would think they would have better support for this.
