Set it to 100... set it to 120, and qmail seems to just ignore it after restarts. There are only 13, 15, 21 maximum qmail-locals running at one time. This is a little frustrating since we had Qmail stop working last night, 3k messages are in the local queue and I'd like to have them delivered in a reasonable time without more building up throughout the day...
