config question

I am using a simple php billing program. I am on a 30 day trial day 1. New to plesk and servers at all.

this is in config after install most of this info i know. I have full server access.

this is the actual place http://www.thehostmanager.com/docs/ with install/config docs.

Username:________ Password: _____________
MySQL username:___________ MySQL password:________
Address to API interface: ______________
MySQL Host ____________
Plesk Client ID ___________
IP Address of Client ____________

# 1 which username? server access or main web account?
#2 this program has its own database. do they want that or does plesk have a data base they need?
# 3 the address to api interface? they suggest this https://myserver.com:8443/enterprise/control/agent.php

i know the rest
