Resolved Configuration of mail missing

I have a problem
why I don't see mail configurations in my domain?

The mail server is active!

I can not access Tools & Settings> Updates and Upgrades.
I receive this error:
Connection time is out
The ........ server is taking too long to respond.

I spoke with 1and1 (my supplier)
it explained that on pesk onyx (which provides 1and1) can not be accessed
to Tools & Settings> Updates and Upgrades.

on the shell I gave this command:
#plesk repair all

it found an error:
There are files or directories with suspicious permissions in the
root directory of the domain 'xxxxxxxxx.yyy' ........................ [WARNING]
To see more details, run the command in the verbose mode: plesk repair fs -verbose

#plesk repair fs -verbose

Checking virtual hosts' file system

There are files or directories with suspicious permissions in the
root directory of the domain 'gmdental.eu' ........................ [WARNING]
- /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxxxxx.yyy/httpdocs/wp-config.php
Error messages: 0; Warnings: 1; Errors resolved: 0

I deleted wp-config.php file and I repeated the commands:
#plesk repair all
Error messages: 0; Warnings: 0; Errors resolved: 0

now this command
#plesk repair installation

but I still can not configure email boxes

Make sure that port 8447 is not blocked by the server firewall, neither by the pre-server firewall if configured with your provider.

If you are sure that port 8447 is not blocked, follow this article: The Updates and Upgrades page is blocked by a firewall

Server components and Mail tab are missing in Plesk

I have a free license, issued by 1and1
With this license I can not enter in Tools & Settings> Updates and Upgrades.

Your netstat command shows something is listening on 8447, however, doesn't confirm that the port is accessible from the outside.

i dont have mail option. and also tool & setting.

Please help on what to do. so that i could see the tools @ setting and mail tab.

You are not logged in as administrator of the server. The Server admin needs to grant the "Mail" permission to your account, else you cannot see that function.
