• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Configure Customer-Interface

Dieter Biernat

New Pleskian
Hi over there!

I'm hosting Websites since a few years and started using plesk on a few servers. I'm very happy with it, the documentation is very good.
The thing is, i coulnd't find any tutorials about configuring the customer-interface. I want to show only a few functions like mail- and database-interface to my customers. All the other functions should be disabled. Is it possible to configure the customer-interface?
Thank you in advance!

Best regards

didi

Have you tried to configure it with help of Tools&Settings->Custom View Settings ?

Hi!

Yes, i've tried that. I want to configure the customer-interface. They should be able to add mails, but should not see some features like the extension-management and so on. Is there any config-file or template where i can define this?

Best regards didi
