Configuring Mailing Lists Manager

I am trying to set up Mailman and after entering my Mailing list administrator's email and Password I get the following error:

"Unable to execute listmng utility: listmng: Error: cannot configure Mailman for new domain."

Using Plesk 7.5.4 Linux.

Any ideas or more detailed instructions would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you checked your logs for any detailed error messages? Take a look at /var/log/messages for more clues.
