  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Conflict Service Pack and Addon

Mickael Salfati

Regular Pleskian
Hello Everyone,

A small issue about service pack and addon conflict.

My config: plesk 12.5.30 Update #18, Debian Squeeze X64

We have a service pack called "Basic" with 5 subdomains and option called "Unlimited subdomains" to have Unlimited "Subdomains".

Take a client who have more than 5 subdomains (for example 6 subdomains)
Try to change his pack to "Basic" pack + option "Unlimited subdomain" -> Subscriptions can't be synced.

Mickael

I can't reproduce this issue:

1. Created subscription based on default Service Plan with 6 subdomains
2. Created Service Plan with 5 subdomains limit
3. Created addon plan with ulimited subdomains
4. Assigned subscription to plan + addon plan

subscription has been synchronized without any problems. I assume that you have something additional in subscription that does not exists in Service Plans. Check it carefully.
