connect to psa database

I want to connect to Plesk Psa Database.When i connect to Mysql on Command line .It shows me only 2 databses .(mysql , test ). It doesn,t show me Plesk psa database where i should be able to alter Dns Global Access list options.

mysql -u admin -ppasswd -P8306 -hserverIp
