Using Plesk, I was wondering where I could find the folder which is copied to make the httpdoc folder while creating a new subscription ?

Try to use forum's search engine and word "skeleton"

check your panel under tools for "Virtual Host Template". you just create a zip folder with a httpdocs folder inside, and inside the httpdocs folder, you have everything you want to be in your httpdocs for new domains by default.
