copying mail to another mailbox

How can I achieve to have a copy of all emails sent to one email box to be sent to another one, but have the original still delivered to the first box?

If you go into the mail settings for the existing user (already setup as a mailbox) and set a 'redirect' for that account, all incoming emails for that account will go both into the mailbox as well as to the address/mailbox you specify in the redirect.
