Unable to get package repository source.

Can you ping packages.microsoft.com from the console? Bad idea.

No I have tried it shows:
Temporary failure in name resolution.

Ping is disabled on microsoft domains

I think the real question is: are you able to resolve packages.microsoft.com from the server? How about doing a trace route?

dotnet is installed on serve but when i install the .net toolkit this error happens
