Cpanel Backups

I have some cpanel backup files. Is there any way to import these guys?
 
There is no way to import them in Plesk, you can oly upload the files manually.
 
Yuck - I have 30 domains, and probably 60 subdomains and was hoping for a better solution. Mu old webhost won't cooperate by giving me any sort of shell access. recreating all of that - with databases and DNS is going to be torcher. Anyone have a cpanel site they they can lend me (with the root password) so I "restore" a backup and then migrate to my plesk box.
