Create a site from backup

How i can Create a site from backup on plesk panel plaese ?

i'm using shell now trying to do this .

What do you mean? You have Plesk backup and you want to create site on some standalone server with Apache? Or something else?

You can use /usr/local/psa/bin/backup-unpack utility for extracting sire content from Plesk backup an then place it on your standalone server.
