• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Create plan with rotation daily

Dear Support,

Please check this option not working (working only update plan):

.\service_plan.exe --create "<plan name>" -owner <reseller> -log_rotate true -log-bytime daily -log-max-num-files 10 -log-compress true

or this working without "-log-bytime daily"

.\service_plan.exe --create "<plan name>" -owner <reseller> -log_rotate true -log-max-num-files 10 -log-compress true

Could you fix this, on next updates?

Hello Andrei,
do you confirm that the compression log option flag is currently working?

Because it doesn't work for us in this moment

We have no compressed log.

Another case: the system log isn't ZIP have a new prefix in the file "processed"

Thanks for your help

How can set this rules?

Working only this:
.\service_plan.exe --create "<plan name>" -owner <reseller> -log_rotate true -log-max-num-files 10 -log-compress true

or (update not create)

.\service_plan.exe --update "<plan name>" -owner <reseller> -log_rotate true -log-bytime daily -log-max-num-files 10 -log-compress true

if create plan -> not working (with option -log-bytime daily):

.\service_plan.exe --create "<plan name>" -owner <reseller> -log_rotate true -log-bytime daily -log-max-num-files 10 -log-compress true
