• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Created mail but can't access it

I accessed from the mail icon next to information icon. In mail settings, only webmail option available was "mail enable webmail" . which i selected. Error was mail address does not exist. page not found. I tried to install roundcube/horde webmail app but could not found. Only app available is squirrelmail. Should I install it?

Please check:
- Have you installed "Webmail services" at all? To check go to "Add or Remove Components" on your admin start page or to "Tools & Settings" > "Plesk" > "Updates". If there are non installed, simply add them using that installer.
- Have you enabled one of the webmail programs on the "Mail Settings" page of your subscription? If not, choose one.
- Does webmail.<domainname>.<tld> resolve to the IP address of your subscription?

Hi Peter, thanks for your response. Yes it was, but the issue has been resolved. many thanks!
For those who are having similar issue it is because of DNS misconfiguration. check your DNS settings, ensure that Plesk DNS Settings matches with your domain DNS records.
