Creating FTP accounts

I don't know how to create several FTP accounts for one domain. I have domain and now I would like to create users with their own FTP accounts and permissions. If I create a web user he can see onlly his folder I would like that he could see al folders or just this folders that I define.

From the control panel it is not possible, but here is another thread which will show you how to do it from the command line shell
