Creating mailaccounts not possible

Hi,

In my Plesk version 11.5.30 (auto updating) I get an error message every time I create an emailaddress. The address gets created but doesn't work:

Error: mailmng[7363]: Can't read encryption key from '/var/lib/plesk/mail/auth/passwd_db_key': No such file or directory (2) mailmng[7363]: Failed to initialize encryption cipher 'AES-256-CBCKCS' with key '/var/lib/plesk/mail/auth/passwd_db_key' mailmng[7363]: Failed to initialize password cipher context (for mail address '') mailmng[7363]: Unable to set password for mailname

No idea what to do about it, I do know that my clients are unhappy. Hope anyone knows how to fix it.

Have you tried mchck --with-spam ?

Contact Support Team if you can't fix it by yourself. I think it would be more effective.

Problem solved, seemed to be a faulty or incomplete installation or upgrade.
