• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Creating two custom dns.

Tize..

Basic Pleskian
Hi, currently I have a VPS server with two custom dns.
dns1.tize.es and dns2.tize.es
And the VPS server has four iP addresses.

And now I have a new dedicated server with 1 single iP address.
And I wonder how I can create and dns2.tize.es dns1.tize.es within the new dedicated server.

I would also like to know if I need to hire a new iP address for this please.

Thank you very much.

You would need to get the second IP address for your dedicated server ...

Once this is done, then you logon to your domain name registry interface, there you will configure your ns1/ns2.tize.es pointing both to your newly assigned IP addresses on your new dedicated server ...

It's also good to create ns1/ns2 A records from your dedicated server once the above is done ...

Mr. Abdi thank you very much for your generous help.
Right now I proceed to hire the new iP address have two and try what you have told me.
I will keep you informed.
Thank you.

Sure, just let us know if you need further assistance in in this regard!

Hello, my new hosting says I can not have two ips to the same server.
And now I read a bit online and can not do.
I read that there are people who contract iP in one place and another in another for a year and it works well, you can recommend me something please?
That do not.

Abdi, think it would be possible to create two personal dns with a single iP address?
In my hosting say that if possible.
Thank you.

Yes ofcourse that is possible (If your domain registry supports it). Please try it and see if they support it ...

Thank you very much for your response, I will contact you to resolve your doubts hiring better services.
Greetings.
