Resolved creation subscrpition hangs panel

creation subscrpition hangs with waiting ajax button.

Possibly also check
# plesk db
> select * from longtasks;
to find a recent task that might still reside in the process list.

A hanging button as described is likely caused by another instance of the same process that was previously started and not terminated correctly. You can try this sequence to solve it:

1) # /etc/init.d/psa stopall
2) ps aux | grep plesk
Identify remaining Plesk processes (the FPM processes are o.k., push_worker.php is o.k.); kill them by # kill -p PID (do not kill the FPM processes, neither the push process(es))
3) # /etc/init.d/psa start

problem persist.

all status are done, what i have to check in the result?

some processs killed.
start again psa
same problem happens. endles loading "wainting" when create a subscription.

the subscription was created, but the screen never finished....

Also now i can not change any parameter in any host of php configuration. always endlesss loading. please help!!!

also i check i a hope a long time, the button is always in "wating" and never redirect, but after a long time if i click in other menu "domains" for example i can see the "Información: la configuración...."

OK, I understand that after stopping Plesk, there were some hanging Plesk processes in the process list. Then you have restarted Plesk. Everything looks fine, the subscription button was no longer hanging. But when you tried to create a new subscription, the same problem appeared again. Have I understood that correctly?

I think you can backup the psa database (just in case something goes wrong you can recover from that backup) and then in SQL
> TRUNCATE TABLE `longtasks`;

Is the button still in that hanging state afterwards?

Exactly.

but the problem is not only creating a subscription. Also happen changin any parameter of php for example. (see image attached)

truncate longtask, not solve the problem.

I cannot tell why this is happening without more details. I suggest to enable panel debug logging, then reproduce the error and then check the log to find out more.

Edit /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/panel.ini add [debug] and [log] sections like this:

show.util_exec = on
show.util_exec_io = on

# service sw-engine restart
# service sw-cp-server restart

This can create many log entries. Remove the debug section from panel.ini once you have logged the event that you want to analyze.

Then analyze /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log and /var/log/sw-cp-server/sw-engine.log for any suspicious activity (e.g. error messages of utilities).

I don´t have this file /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/panel.ini I have /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/panel.ini.sample.

OK i am going to create this file with this lines and try to log the error.

i am going to try this night because its an production server and i cant restart services.

# service sw-cp-server restart

semms that this solve the problem. what service are this?
