Unfortunately the Migration doesn't work.

Migration for that subscription is considered completely failed. No further actions are performed for it.
Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts: Unable to create subscription.......
Command execution failed on the local server with non-zero exit code.
exit code: 1
stdout:
stderr: An error occurred during domain creation: Unable to set IP address 10.0.2.15 for hosting: it is already used by another account.

I cant find out what the exit code 1 is exactly.

The IP address seems to be set to "dedicated" usage. Instead, set it to "shared" in Tools & Settings > Tools & Resources > IP Addresses.

The exit code 1 just means "error". Exit code 0 would be "ok".
