same problem

Hi,

I have the same problem, I upgraded to plesk 8.2.0.1 but I still can't create a new domain.

Any idea?

Many thanks,

Matthias

try
cd %plesk_bin%
websrvmng.exe --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=xxxx.xxx

or let's wait till 8.3;)

Hi,

Thanks for the answer. For me, it turned out to be my mistake: I found the reason in the Plesk event log: The password I had given to the domain user did not comply the security rules.

I changed the password and it worked. Too bad Plesk did not simply give an intelligent error message...

At least I learned one thing: Always check the Plesk event log!

:p
