Hello,

I have a Vserver with ubuntu 10 and Plesk 11
the developer company who made my website work with cpanel and its seems that they have not enough information or time etc. about plesk etc., so i must help them or myself to find a solution for my problems.
i have 2 Problems/ question and need urgent help

1- how to enable/active cronjob in plesk
on website i have a module for relisting items, users can selll items on my website and they have relisting option, and this modul dont work now after moving to my new Vserver with plesk

2- how to enable reading excell files
on my website i have a module for bulk product upload, users can upload their product with an excel file, and dont need to add the prduct one by one, this modul also dont work now after moving to my new Vserver with plesk.

Hello,

You can setup the Scheduling Tasks (cron) under your account through Pleas >> Websites & Domains tab >> Scheduled Tasks.

Regarding the excel, I will suggest you please check your domain error logs and let us know what exact error are you getting.

Thanks for answering, regarding excel problem i got no error message etc. i got only white empty site after i click on uploading, before i have my own Vserver it was working, the developer company said that i must say to my Server company to make excell reading function work, but they offer no service tehy offer only the hardware etc., what i got from google that i must install a tools etc. for that, what can you suggest me?
