Issue Curl connection issues

Hi guys im new here. i have written a script to connect ot the server but curl doesnt do it, Firewall down, all ports open but still time out.

when trying to attempt a connection to one of my other VPS servers running Cpanel it goes through just fine.

Any ideas?

Yes, this is the Error: FAILED: Error code: 0. Error message: Curl error: [7] Failed connect to serverip:8443; Connection timed out.

and i check the server for open 8443 port, its open, thats what i dont understand (serverip=my server's ip)

Curl Error: Connection timed out after 30001 milliseconds

First see if you can get to the server at all using ping or traceroute. Then try running curl directly with the verbose command so you can debug it:

curl --verbose https://serverip:8443

i get the same error trying from shell.......

Could you please run
iptables --list | grep 127.0.0.1
Does this give any output?

No, nothing, i have tried that.
