• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Regular Pleskian
Hi,

After upgrading from 11.5.30 to 12.0.8 on a Windows Plesk server we can't get the new code activated, we keep getting the error in the subject. There is definitely no IP connection issue between the Plesk server and ka.parallels.com, tested it successfully from cli using "openssl s_client".
Would this key update failure caused by the fact that https://ka.parallels.com:5224/ runs with an expired certificate? We're not seeing this problem on any of the Plesk 12.0.8 Linux servers.

Riight, for future reference here's how I fixed it. Using http://kb.odin.com/122073 I've edited the hosts file entering the following line:
77.245.23.80 ka.parallels.com id-00.kaid.swsoft.com
Any chance we'll get a fix for cURL? I assume on Windows it's being shipped by Plesk, so it could come as a microupdate.
