Custom Notification Alert?

I use an external DNS service for my server, therefore when a client creates a subdomain it is not automatically set up in the DNS records - I have to do that manually. Is it possible to set up custom notification alerts so that when a client has created a subdomain I can be notified?

Just use the Event manager to notify you or even have the DNS zone created when a subdomain/domain is added to plesk.
